FIFA 2010 - Question # 4

Today's question has been framed by Souvik Basu

It literally means 'be happy'. It is made by a technology called GripnGroove. It has four triangular design elements on a white background. Eleven different colours are used in it. On 11th July 2010, a golden version of it will also be seen. What are we describing?
